Instructions for SYSU Online Application

I. Registration:    All international students need to register before applying online.

1. Click “create new account” button after entering the online application system.
2. Use your valid email address to register, fill the registration form and click ’Register’ to submit
3. Go to your email box to activate your account
4. Login with your username and password
 

II. Online Application:  All blanks marked with a red * are important items required to be completed.

Step 1. Personal  info
• Enter the system and click ‘Application Form’ on the right. Fill your personal information and
• Upload one recent full-faced photo
• Click ‘Save and next’
Step 2. Background  info
• Fill your education background information starting from junior high school, click ‘add’ to add a line for completing your educational background;
• Fill some important employment background information if you have.
• Upload one copy of your passport homepage and highest education diploma
• Click ‘Save and next’
Step 3. Study Plan
• Degree: select ‘General Visiting Student’
• Teaching Language: select ‘in Chinese’
• Department: select’ International Business School
• Major: select ‘Business Administration’ (all exchange students at IBS will choose the same major)
• Research Field: select ‘Business Administration’
• Study duration period: select ‘one term’ or ‘two terms’ according to your stay plans at IBS.
Step 4 Additional info
• Financial Resources for Study: click ‘Self-supporting’
Step 5 Contact info
• Fill your mailing address and contact information
Step 6 Submit and download the form
• Click ‘submit’ button after carefully reviewing all form. No revision is permitted after submitting the form
• Click ‘Download pdf’ button to download your application form in PDF format
 

III. Sending application package

• Send by email the following documents to Office of International Affairs before application deadline:
• SYSU Application Form (.pdf)
• Copy of your passport homepage (.jpg)
• Your recent full faced passport-sized photo (.jpg) -> please respect the picture format
• Your Resume/CV
